This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
• The Territory Manager will be instrumental in the successful launch and expansion of Mineralys’ inaugural commercial product within a designated territory.
• This role involves educating healthcare providers (HCPs) about Mineralys’ products, fostering trustworthy customer relationships, promoting product adoption, and meeting territory sales performance objectives.
• This position is highly visible and demands strong sales skills, excellent customer engagement abilities, and a dedication to enhancing outcomes for patients suffering from uncontrolled hypertension.
• The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic, entrepreneurial biotech setting and is enthusiastic about the chance to introduce a groundbreaking new class of medicine.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales is preferred, though other relevant sales experience will be considered.
• Specialty sales experience in cardiometabolic areas is preferred.
• Prior experience in product launches is preferred.
• A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets and developing strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical understanding and the ability to convey complex scientific concepts effectively.
• Excellent skills in territory planning, organization, and communication.
• A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, launch-focused environment.
• A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel within the territory.
