This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Play a vital role in the successful introduction and expansion of Mineralys’ inaugural commercial product within a designated territory.
• Responsible for educating healthcare providers (HCPs) about Mineralys’ product, fostering trustworthy customer relationships, promoting product adoption, and meeting territory sales performance objectives.
• This position demands strong sales skills, effective customer engagement abilities, and a passion for enhancing outcomes for patients suffering from uncontrolled hypertension.
• Excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial biotech setting and be motivated by the launch of a groundbreaking new class of medicine.
• Develop and sustain a robust understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and pertinent treatment guidelines.
• Create and implement a comprehensive territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales targets.
• Encourage product adoption and compliant use among designated healthcare providers.
• Evaluate territory trends, customer demands, and competitive activities to uncover opportunities.
• Consistently achieve sales targets, call activity standards, and launch milestones.
• Maintain precise territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales is preferred, with other relevant sales experience also considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) is preferred.
• Previous launch experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical understanding and the ability to convey complex scientific information effectively.
• Excellent skills in territory planning, organization, and communication.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to excel in a fast-paced launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within the territory.
