This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Cultivate and uphold a robust understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and pertinent treatment guidelines.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales goals.
• Promote product adoption and ensure compliant usage among targeted healthcare providers.
• Examine territory trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to pinpoint opportunities and make necessary adjustments.
• Consistently meet sales targets, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain precise territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Implement strategic call plans by converting data and insights into impactful, customer-centered actions.
• Exhibit curiosity, adaptability, and receptiveness to new ideas, embracing innovative methods for customer engagement.
• Utilize strong business acumen to evaluate market dynamics and leverage insights for effective territory planning.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with healthcare providers, office personnel, and key decision-makers.
• Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification clearly and compliantly.
• Deliver engaging, high-quality product presentations and confidently address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve barriers to patient access and facilitate product pull-through.
• Work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to understand customer needs and enhance the overall customer and patient experience in a compliant manner.
• Collaborate closely with adjacent field partners, including Field Reimbursement Managers, Territory Managers, and Regional Business Directors, to support customer needs and territory objectives.
• Share insights, learnings, and best practices with field leadership and internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Training, Field Operations, and Analytics).
• Provide timely market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive updates.
• Assist with regional meetings, launch initiatives, and company-sponsored programs.
• Operate with the utmost integrity and adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct in all customer interactions.
• Consistently embody Mineralys’ values of collaboration, integrity, quality, trust, and urgency.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales is preferred, with other relevant sales experience also considered.
• Specialty sales experience in cardiometabolic areas is preferred.
• Previous launch experience is preferred.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and establishing strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and the capability to convey complex scientific information.
• Excellent skills in territory planning, organization, and communication.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, launch environment.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
