This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Play an essential role in the successful introduction and expansion of Mineralys’ inaugural commercial product within a designated territory.
• Educate healthcare providers about Mineralys’ product, fostering trusted relationships with customers.
• Propel product adoption and meet sales performance objectives for the territory.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and pertinent treatment guidelines.
• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy.
• Assess territory trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to uncover opportunities.
• Ensure accurate reporting for the territory and maintain CRM documentation.
• Deliver compelling, high-quality product presentations and confidently address customer inquiries.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience is preferred, with other relevant sales experience considered.
• Experience in specialty sales (cardiometabolic) is preferred.
• Previous launch experience is preferred.
• A proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets and cultivating strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to convey complex scientific information effectively.
• Excellent skills in territory planning, organization, and communication.
• Self-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset capable of thriving in a dynamic, launch-focused environment.
• A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel within the territory.
