This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Propel revenue growth within the territory by strategically focusing on both the expansion of current accounts and the acquisition of new hospital clients (new logos).
• Identify, evaluate, and target new hospital systems, trauma centers, and ICU programs to position Kreg as the go-to standard for early mobility and verticalization therapy.
• Develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline encompassing both new and existing accounts.
• Keep abreast of market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics within the territory.
• Engage in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key accounts to showcase the value provided, assess usage, and pinpoint opportunities for growth.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare-related sales.
• Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clinical personnel, supply chain managers, and decision-makers within hospital systems.
• Sales Acumen: Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets, with a solid grasp of consultative selling methodologies.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of hospital sales cycles, clinical practices, and healthcare systems.
• Travel: This role necessitates daily local travel, with some overnight travel required (approximately 25% of the time).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related discipline is preferred.
