This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Oversee current and potential partnerships with ESCO and Lighting contractor affiliates while generating project opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Keystone Distribution Channel to enhance partnerships that support ESCO projects.
• Provide quotes and establish pricing structures for both Distributor and ESCO/Lighting Contractor partners.
• Work in conjunction with the ESCO team on project assignments and inventory levels to aid ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Engage in trade shows, client meetings, and social events to entertain and foster relationships with partners.
• Deliver presentations and updates to ESCO/Lighting Contractor partners regarding Keystone's existing and new product offerings.
• Conduct industry market research to strategically position Keystone for expansion.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering is preferred.
• 8-10 years of sales experience; experience in lighting manufacturing or distribution with ESCO is preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Prophet 21 or similar tracking systems is preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Extensive knowledge of lighting products and their field applications.
• Established relationships with ESCOs, lighting contractors, and utilities are desired.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50% or more).
