This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Oversee sales and distribution within a specified geographic area, including merchandising efforts.
• Responsibly promote company initiatives to retail partners, encompassing promotions, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
• Implement and execute the 4Ps—presence, pricing, promotion, and product—targeting customers and adult nicotine consumers.
• Create a localized strategy and business plan to achieve specific territory objectives, which includes identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and targeting current and prospective retail outlets within the designated geographic area for product sales opportunities.
• Consult and advise retail partners on category management and business analytics to enhance their business performance.
• Innovate methods to boost business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and pre-call planning.
• Develop and/or employ systems to track, measure, and analyze progress against key initiatives and other business metrics.
• Foster leadership potential through continuous training and meaningful experiences.
• Utilize analytical tools to assess market opportunities and their effects on business performance and results.
• Effectively fulfill all account management responsibilities across all assigned chain and distribution headquarters accounts.
• Carry out related tasks as assigned, within your scope of practice.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a marketing-centric role, preferably in sales, field marketing, or business-to-business environments.
• Skilled in utilizing sales technologies and software such as SalesForce and Tableau to analyze and act upon critical data insights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and develop account relationships through cross-functional teamwork.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for the past three years.
• Reliable vehicle or willingness to obtain a vehicle for daily work use.
