• Promote the Sagemax product range while meeting sales targets and budgetary constraints.
• Travel via air, personal vehicle, train, bus, or taxi within the assigned territory.
• Act as the primary point of contact in all initiatives aimed at fulfilling Sagemax's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create educational and communication materials.
• Deliver training on Sagemax products to dealers and laboratories.
• Participate in trade shows, collaborative events, and training sessions.
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to record activities.
• Meet Customer Value Management (CVM) Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and engage in co-travel with sales leadership.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Sagemax product line.
• Work in partnership with the Ivoclar Technical Sales Team.
• Relevant education or experience in marketing, sales, or business administration is required or beneficial.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of five to seven years of experience in dental sales is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Must be detail-oriented with a high energy level and the ability to motivate others.
• A valid driver’s license and the capability to obtain an American Express card and other credit cards are required.
• Willingness to travel overnight and for extended durations.
