This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Actively seek out and nurture new business prospects by strategically targeting EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators.
• Create and implement a territory growth strategy that focuses on market penetration, product adoption, and long-term customer value.
• Oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation and needs assessment to contract closure and onboarding.
• Present impactful, data-driven sales presentations.
• Establish and strengthen connections with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, and executive stakeholders.
• Navigate intricate healthcare landscapes to promote strategic partnerships and account conversions.
• Develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce.com.
• Oversee the continuous performance and operational health of accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Regularly assess territory performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant experience may be considered as a substitute for education.
• At least 5 years of successful sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
• Proven track record in capturing market share, launching new territories/products, or displacing incumbents through value-based selling.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and implement strategic sales plans in complex environments.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professional judgment.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approximately 4.5 days/week in the field, with occasional weeknights and overnight travel as necessary).
