📋 Description

• Responsible for selling Metro products within specified healthcare environments.

• Enhances revenues and market share in the designated territory by creating an effective business strategy to access competitive accounts and stimulate growth in existing ones.

• Offers industry-leading solutions to clients for their storage and transportation requirements.

• Aims to meet or surpass customer expectations by maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships with key healthcare decision-makers and influencers at both the facility and IDN headquarters levels.

• Engages in continuous learning and training to comprehend the market, products, and brand positioning to boost revenues.

• Shows proficiency in the company’s products and services by overseeing the complete sales cycle, delivering (both orally and in writing) all facets of the company’s offerings, and keeping an up-to-date knowledge of current marketing initiatives.

• Employs strong networking abilities to gain entry into new accounts.

• Accountable for the weekly submission of forecast updates and maintenance in our sales management systems, such as QuickBase.

• Organizes and participates in product demonstrations, provides quotes, delivers proposals, and performs other duties as assigned.

• Cultivates, maintains, and expands relationships with distribution partners.

• Holds knowledge and understanding of the Code of Business Ethics.

• Contributes to a workplace environment that supports the maintenance of the Code.

• Remains vigilant and responsive to situations that could lead to actions by employees that are illegal, unethical, or in violation of the Code or the policies and procedures that uphold the Code.

• Reports any actual or perceived breaches of the Code or company policies and procedures for appropriate action.

• Aids in the planning, monitoring, and/or management of the budget within the department's functional area.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• 1-4 years of relevant work experience is required.
