This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Generate primary market interest through networking, cold outreach, and educating healthcare professionals.
• Promote, demonstrate, and sell FUJIFILM Sonosite portable ultrasound systems within the designated territory.
• Cultivate relationships with key physicians and influential institutions.
• Follow up on sales leads in the designated territory.
• Create sales opportunities through cold calling and promotional efforts.
• Utilize a CRM tool to manage client relationships.
• Keep accurate sales records and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
• Oversee inventory and company assets in line with policy.
• Advocate for educational programs to generate sales leads.
• Attend trade shows as instructed by management.
• Employ strategic and consultative sales methodologies.
• Provide customer insights to optimize product value and reduce wasteful practices.
• Identify, qualify, and develop customer needs to arrange product demonstrations.
• Efficiently assess sales opportunities and finalize deals.
• Represent FUJIFILM Sonosite in a professional manner and collaborate with the team using a team-selling approach.
• A minimum of 4 years in medical device sales.
• At least 2 years of experience in capital equipment sales.
• Experience engaging with physicians, managers, clinicians, and administrators in ED, CCU, OR, Radiology, and similar environments.
• Background in developing new markets.
• Experience managing a large volume of capital equipment sales opportunities.
• Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Previous experience working autonomously from home.
• Capability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Availability to travel on some weekends.
• Ability to prospect, qualify, and understand customer needs.
• Demonstrated drive, focus, creativity, innovation, and resourcefulness.
• Proven ability to perform at a high level against growth and revenue metrics.
• Strong capability to qualify sales opportunities and finalize deals.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt sales strategies across various medical specialties and sales environments.
• Ability to sell effectively in a dynamic, competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• General proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Capability to meet both customer and company deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-selling environment.
• Preferred experience in ultrasound sales.
• A BA or BS in business administration, health care administration, or life sciences is preferred.
