This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as the primary liaison for the Company to build significant relationships with prescribers and other key stakeholders to increase and broaden market share.
• Present effective and compliant clinical presentations at academic centers, hospitals, and large group practices.
• Create and implement customer engagement strategies within the designated territory, aligning with the Company's growth objectives and relevant regulations and policies.
• Conduct stakeholder and influence mapping as part of the account plan development process.
• Cultivate and sustain knowledge of Centers of Excellence and Key Opinion Leaders within the assigned territory.
• Improve MDS clinical understanding and knowledge of reimbursement and infusion oncolytic distribution to overcome clinical or operational challenges.
• Convert territory and account strategies into disciplined execution that fosters measurable clinical adoption and long-term business outcomes.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a positive patient journey experience.
• Analyze and review product performance within accounts and adapt actions accordingly.
• Integrate feedback from the Regional Business Director to enhance skills, refine strategies, and boost performance.
• Comply with regulatory, compliance, and Company policies.
• Travel domestically approximately 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in business, biological sciences, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of account sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
• At least 5 years of relevant therapeutic experience in hematology, immune oncology, rare diseases, solid tumors, and/or IV infusion products.
• Proven experience working with designated accounts, stakeholders, key opinion leaders, and high-level executive customers.
• Experience engaging with large oncology group practices, hospitals, academic centers/institutions, community markets, and integrated delivery networks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, consultative selling, presentation, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong competencies in key account management and sales.
• Familiarity with standards of care and emerging clinical trends, with the ability to convey approved, on-label product information.
• Technical expertise in promoting products in virtual settings using digital tools, systems, and technology.
• Proficient in using CRM, business planning, reporting tools, LMS, and related technologies.
• Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks with minimal daily guidance, and think strategically.
• Proven collaboration with diverse matrixed internal stakeholders.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous situations and a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory MVR record.
• Must fulfill credentialing requirements for access to academic institutions, medical facilities, and organizations in the assigned geographic area, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations and/or vaccinations.
