This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for designated clients, fostering trusted relationships.

• Establish and nurture connections with federal stakeholders, such as Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), program managers, and agency leadership.

• Ensure adherence to federal regulations, contract stipulations, agency-specific travel policies, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and other relevant guidelines.

• Analyze client data to uncover cost-saving opportunities and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.

• Conduct meetings and business reviews with clients, including performance reporting that aligns with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Promptly address client needs, concerns, and escalations.

• Formulate and execute account strategies that promote contract compliance, enhance program performance, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Suggest program enhancements based on client feedback and data analysis.

• Provide guidance on optimizing travel programs while adhering to client, regulatory, and cost-containment constraints.

• Stay updated on federal travel regulations and industry developments.

• Educate clients on new solutions and services available within contract parameters.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Identify and mitigate operational, compliance, and contractual risks.

• Track and report on contractual goals, SLA performance, KPI metrics, and service delivery benchmarks.

• Assist with contract lifecycle activities, including implementations, renewals, option years, and modifications.

• Lead and support the implementation of new accounts and updates to existing programs.

• Maintain documentation that is ready for audits and support audit and compliance reviews.

• Generate reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with client details and relevant data.

• Provide assistance with technical and service-related issues, create Jira tickets, and follow up on resolutions.

• Participate in client and company meetings, event seminars, and training as necessary.

• Demonstrate ADTRAV products, systems, and processes while effectively communicating their value.

• Represent ADTRAV and cultivate strong relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and clients.

• Comply with company policies and procedures and undertake other assigned responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B account management, particularly with procurement stakeholders and contract negotiation.

• Experience working with federal government clients is advantageous.

• Familiarity with federal contracting principles and compliance requirements is preferred.

• Demonstrated data analysis capabilities with an ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend travel program strategies.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines and deliverables.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English communication.

• Proven presentation and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail, effective time management, and organizational abilities.

• Experience in the travel industry and familiarity with related technologies is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.

• Maintains a professional and positive demeanor with the ability to collaborate effectively.

• Capacity to work remotely while meeting company home-office requirements.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% for client and company meetings.

• Ability to keep company and client information confidential.

• Must be able to pass credit, criminal, and/or employment reference background checks.

• U.S. citizenship is required, with proof to be provided upon hire.

• Must be able to pass a government clearance process as mandated by clients.
