This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Drive the sales process by offering financing solutions and sales expertise directly to end-customers (farmers/ranchers) in collaboration with the dealership/manufacturer sales team.

• Develop, create, and implement sales strategies that will enhance the growth of the AgDirect product in Association Partner territories.

• Collaborate directly with centralized Business Development, Operations, and Credit Underwriting Teams.

• Engage with customers, dealers, accountants, bankers, and colleagues to collect adequate and precise financial information for credit decision presentations.

• Responsible for servicing and cross-selling AgDirect dealers in the designated territory alongside Association Partners.

• Work with lending officers and Agri-Business officers to identify potential AgDirect customers.

• Provide lending officers with up-to-date AgDirect information and offer training on program processes and procedures as needed.

• Deliver training on AgDirect products and processes to agricultural manufacturers and equipment dealers.

• Organize marketing and training seminars for end-user farm and ranch customers.

• Coordinate local, regional, and national trade shows to expand the marketplace and generate accounts.

• Participate in dealer association meetings and conventions, engage in manufacturer conventions, and actively pursue other industry influencers to promote the AgDirect product.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a 4-Year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in agriculture lending or related fields in regional sales and territory management within the AgDirect, agricultural, or equipment leasing sectors is required.

• More than 8 years of sales experience.
