This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Set and accomplish sales volume and reimbursable revenue targets for the designated territory through strategic and tactical sales initiatives.
• Increase sales of Company products and transition competitive products while utilizing value-added services to grow and enhance customer relationships.
• Build and nurture relationships with physicians, clinic personnel, device users, referral agents, and relevant staff.
• Deliver product education on both technical and clinical aspects to clients, prospective customers, and patients.
• Assist with the delivery, setup, follow-up, service, measurement, fitting, and troubleshooting of Enovis products.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement local educational and sales events.
• Formulate and execute a business strategy for the assigned financial, market, and product portfolio objectives.
• Keep track of contacts, opportunities, targets, outcomes, sales funnel, and strategic call plans in Salesforce.
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, and oversee sales opportunities and leads.
• Foster key customer relationships and address customer needs and concerns.
• Develop competitive strategies, defend against competitive threats, and conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Complete necessary documentation for reimbursable sales.
• Adhere to Enovis compliance, ethical standards, conduct, AdvaMed, regulatory, policy, and HIPAA requirements.
• May support the training and development of Sales Associates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in orthopedic sales and familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in medical sales is strongly preferred.
• Experience engaging with hospitals is preferred.
• Familiarity with working alongside distributors is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance and third-party reimbursement processes is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience is required.
• A valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, which may include occasional air travel and significant driving to customer locations.
• Basic understanding of the field, regulatory compliance issues, and relevant guidelines is necessary.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of Protected Health Information in line with HIPAA standards.
• Capability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, sit, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required.
