This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the strategy, coordination, and expansion of utility market sales through direct interaction with customers and close collaboration with local ProTools Territory Managers.
• Function effectively in a matrix structure, offering guidance, coaching, and influence across regional sales teams.
• Perform field product demonstrations, provide training, and deliver technical support to end users and distribution partners.
• Drive the launch and adoption of innovative new products and solutions to enhance market presence and share.
• Create, present, and implement annual business plans for the territory to achieve sustainable sales growth.
• Construct, oversee, and maintain accurate monthly and yearly sales forecasts.
• Establish and cultivate trustworthy relationships with key distributor partners and end users.
• Act as a subject matter expert for products, applications, and pricing programs within the designated territory.
• Assist regional and national initiatives through training and the execution of special projects.
• Develop and sustain effective merchandising displays at essential distributor locations.
• Experience in working with distribution channels, preferably in electrical, industrial, or plumbing markets.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, industrial distribution, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven success in developing and implementing territory business plans that drive incremental growth.
• Experience in conducting field product demonstrations, training sessions, and providing technical problem-solving for end users and distributors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to introduce new products and solutions to increase market share.
• Experience in developing and managing monthly and annual sales forecasts.
• A consistent track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Capability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
