This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Conducts regular meetings with assigned client accounts, either via phone or in person.
• Ensures ongoing client satisfaction with the organization's products and services while addressing escalated issues.
• Assesses client needs and suggests potential solutions.
• Acts as the primary contact for clients and may coordinate the activities of client service teams.
• Recognizes and escalates opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
• May offer client training or basic support as needed.
• Cultivates relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate the procurement of our product line in pertinent sectors, ensuring Stanley is either directly procured or specified for procurement through alternative channels.
• Builds connections with property managers, hospitals, contractors, glaziers, hardware suppliers, and owners.
• Reviews all pertinent plans, specifications, and job site conditions to create competitive quotations for customers that are accurate, manage risk, and meet target margins for the branch while achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue goals.
• Utilizes the custom bid module in Salesforce to generate quotes and manage the customer base.
• Collaborates closely with branch personnel to arrange equipment delivery and installation.
• Works with the credit department to establish terms and ensure prompt payment following job completion.
• Remains engaged with customer satisfaction issues post-sale and installation.
• Provides timely and precise weekly reports and participates in weekly digital meetings.
• Promotes our products to architects during the planning stage through relevant documentation.
• Engages with architects and specification writers to educate them on our products.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of current ANSI standards and AAADM certification requirements.
• Undertakes additional tasks in support of sales operations as directed by the Regional Sales Manager.
• High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Over 6 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field.
• Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, are required.
• Strong work ethic is a necessity.
• The candidate must reside in the market, with a preference for the Greater Phoenix, AZ area.
