This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Demonstrate and apply comprehensive product knowledge along with a deep understanding of the client's business operations.
β’ Oversee the direct sales process with the objective of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
β’ Responsible for expanding sales, introducing new products and services to clients, and coordinating visits to both current and prospective clients.
β’ Develop short-term and long-term sales plans and devise sales strategies using available marketing programs to meet designated targets.
β’ Manage and nurture long-term customer relationships with existing clients.
β’ Ensure clients receive exceptional customer service.
β’ Update clients about the introduction of new products and services, and relay information to the appropriate sales representative when clients have additional service requirements.
β’ Associate's Degree
β’ At least 1 year of experience
