This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• In your role as a Verathon Sales Representative, you will strategically oversee the business operations within your territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope ® product line.

• You will implement sales strategies and techniques to capitalize on sales opportunities identified through Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.

• You will cultivate new business and sustain existing accounts by comprehending customer needs, building relationships, and influencing them through engaging presentations that offer innovative solutions to their challenges.

• You will nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders, including Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.

• You will drive a high volume of sales activities through in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal creation, customer presentations, and negotiations.

• You will project your business potential to ensure your sales pipeline aligns with achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• You will stay informed on new industry and market developments that enable you to adjust to market demand and strategic shifts.

• You will participate in strategic business planning and execution, providing precise and comprehensive sales reports to leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience is essential.

• Must meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems, including COVID-19 vaccination.

• You must be insurable and possess a valid driver's license.

• Physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds is necessary.

• Residency within the territory is required, with a preference for candidates in the Raleigh area.

• Overnight travel is required 0-1 night per month, on average, to cover the greater Raleigh area territory.

• Travel outside the assigned territory is required for annual sales meetings, regional meetings, and in-person training as needed.


🏝️ Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000.

• Additional Commission Potential: $90,000-$120,000 (The variable incentive (commission) for this position is estimated to fall within this range. Actual commission may vary based on quota achievement. For new hires commencing after January 1st, commissions will be prorated according to start date and quota).
