Territory Manager – Airway

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Drive a significant volume of sales activities, including face-to-face prospecting, product assessments, phone outreach, proposal creation, customer presentations, and negotiations.

• Strategically oversee a sales pipeline to optimize revenue opportunities and meet revenue goals.

• Evaluate pipeline coverage percentages, target in-forecast hit rates, and deal profiles to ensure the pipeline is aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.

• Follow established pipeline management protocols and make adjustments as needed.

• Implement sales strategies and techniques to capitalize on identified sales opportunities.

• Comprehend the buying process for each account while building and nurturing relationships with key customer stakeholders.

• Identify customer needs, establish rapport, and influence decision-making and strategies with clients.

• Present proposals and deliver presentations to clients that feature innovative solutions to their challenges, effective benefit-selling statements, economic solutions, and proficient product demonstrations.

• Daily utilize CRM (Salesforce.com) to log and update customer data, share product information, prepare quotes, update sales stages, maintain an accurate sales forecast, and close deals.

• Actively research market opportunities.

• Participate in strategic business planning and execution to consistently meet or surpass sales quotas.

• Provide detailed sales reporting to leadership, including monthly forecasts.

• Adapt to changes in market demands and strategies by continually acquiring new industry and market insights, along with skills and techniques that enhance success.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in a comparable role within a multinational environment (senior level).

• Preferably experienced with airway management devices, including both capital equipment and consumables.

• Experience with a U.S.-based manufacturing company is highly desirable.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is mandatory.

• Preferred professional experience and a proven track record in the Health Sector, with exposure to operating theatre environments and associated stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills with colleagues across the organization.

• Ability to forge strong partnerships and build team relationships across all functional areas.

• Capacity to work independently and with minimal supervision on occasion.

• A strong service-oriented mindset and a natural sense of responsibility that inspires the same sentiment within the team.

• Consistently deliver outstanding service levels by going the extra mile to exceed patient expectations.
