📋 Description

• In the role of a Verathon Sales Representative, you will strategically oversee the business operations within your territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope ® product range.

• You will implement sales strategies and techniques to capitalize on sales opportunities identified through Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.

• Your responsibilities will include generating new business and sustaining existing relationships by comprehending client needs, establishing rapport, and influencing customers through presentations that offer innovative solutions to their challenges.

• You will cultivate relationships with key customer stakeholders, such as Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.

• A high volume of sales activity will be generated through in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal creation, customer presentations, and negotiations.

• You will forecast your business potential to ensure that your sales pipeline aligns with the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• You will acquire new industry and market insights that enable you to adjust to changes in market demand and strategy. Additionally, you will engage in strategic business planning and execution while providing accurate and comprehensive sales reports to leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience is necessary.

• You must be able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems, including COVID-19 vaccination.

• A valid driver's license and insurability are required.

• The ability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds is essential.

• Residency within the territory is required, with a preference for the DC area.

• Overnight travel is required for an average of 3 nights per month to cover a territory extending from DC to Harrisonburg, VA.

• Travel outside of the assigned territory for annual sales meetings, regional meetings, and in-person training may be necessary as needed.


🏝️ Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000.

• Additional Commission Potential: $120,000-$155,000 (The variable incentive for this position is expected to fall within this range. Actual commission may vary based on quota attainment. For new hires starting after January 1st, commissions will be pro-rated based on the start date and quota).
