This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• In the role of Verathon Sales Representative, you will strategically oversee the business operations within your territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope ® product line.
• You will implement sales strategies and techniques to capitalize on sales opportunities identified through Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.
• Your responsibility will include generating new business while maintaining existing accounts by comprehensively understanding customer needs, building strong relationships, and influencing clients through presentations that offer creative solutions to their challenges.
• You will cultivate and manage relationships with key customer stakeholders such as Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
• You will achieve a high level of sales activity through in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations.
• You will forecast business potential to ensure your sales pipeline aligns with the attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
• You will stay informed on industry and market trends that enable you to adjust to changes in market demand and strategy.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience is necessary.
• Must meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems, including COVID-19 vaccination.
• Required to be insurable and possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds is essential.
• Candidates must reside within the territory, with a preference for the DC area.
• Overnight travel of approximately 3 nights per month is required to cover the territory from DC to Harrisonburg, VA.
• Travel outside the assigned territory for the annual sales meeting, regional meetings, and in-person training may be necessary as needed.
