This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• In the role of a Verathon Sales Representative, you will strategically oversee the business operations within your territory, focusing on the promotion of the Verathon GlideScope ® product line.
• Your responsibilities include implementing sales strategies and techniques to capitalize on sales opportunities identified through Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.
• You will be tasked with generating new business while maintaining existing accounts by understanding client needs, fostering relationships, and influencing customers through engaging presentations that offer creative solutions.
• You will cultivate and manage relationships with key customer stakeholders, including Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
• Your role will involve generating a significant volume of sales activity through in-person prospecting, conducting product evaluations, generating proposals, delivering customer presentations, and engaging in negotiations.
• You will project your business potential to ensure that your sales pipeline aligns with the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• You will stay informed about new industry trends and market information, enabling you to adapt to changes in market demand and strategy.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience is necessary.
• Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems, including COVID-19 vaccination.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Capability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds is essential.
• Residency within the territory is required, with a preference for the Tucson area.
• Overnight travel averaging 4-6 nights per month is mandatory to cover the territory, which includes eastern Arizona.
• Travel outside the assigned territory for annual sales meetings, regional meetings, and in-person training may be required as needed.
• Base Salary: $65,000.
• Additional Commission Potential: $90,000-$120,000 (This is based on achieving 100% quota attainment. Actual commission may vary based on quota performance. For new hires starting after January 1st, commissions will be pro-rated according to start date and quota).
