Territory Manager – Acute Care, CAUTI Prevention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the adoption and execution of PureWick™, Bactiguard coated Foley catheters, and BD Foley Trays within Acute Care settings.

• Establish reliable relationships with nurses, clinicians, procurement teams, and various hospital departments.

• Oversee the complete sales and implementation process, which includes opportunity identification, pilot projects, rollout, follow-up actions, and sustained adoption.

• Lead organized implementation programs that align with local clinical protocols and hospital workflows.

• Provide hands-on product training and create train-the-trainer programs to foster sustainable adoption.

• Articulate health economic value propositions, such as reducing CAUTIs, saving nursing time, minimizing catheter days, and enhancing cost-of-care efficiency.

• Recognize and cultivate new business prospects across key regions and departments in Sweden and Denmark.

• Coordinate clinical and commercial resources to ensure successful implementation and promote territory growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered nurse with clinical experience, preferably in urology, continence care, or Acute Care.

• Proven experience in MedTech sales within Sweden and/or Denmark.

• Ideal candidates will have a track record of successful product launches, along with experience in clinical implementation and commercial growth within hospital settings.

• Familiarity with procurement processes, tenders, and complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers is essential.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English.

• Ability to work independently in a predominantly field-based role, with frequent travel across Sweden and Denmark.
