This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Creating a strategic sales plan for the territory to prioritize account engagements, activities, penetration, and usage
• Overseeing the complete tender process in close partnership with the Bid Office
• Managing the sales cycle from identifying opportunities to executing orders
• Evaluating sales, market, and opportunity data to refine and enhance the personal sales strategy
• Promoting the utilization of the Solventum product range, in line with the established product mix objectives
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, procurement, top management, and nursing staff
• Assisting customers in selecting the optimal therapy pathway through product selection and guidance
• Conducting product trials and demonstrations
• Advising end-users on wound treatment
• Engaging in customer events such as congresses, workshops, hospital meetings, and more
• Implementing an evidence-based approach during sales interactions, utilizing scientific studies and health economics
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred (Business or Clinical)
• A minimum of 5 years of prior sales experience within the medical device sector
• Strong understanding of hospital mechanisms and dynamics, particularly in tender-driven environments
• Proficient in value-selling techniques
• Excellent presentation and networking abilities
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM Salesforce.com is a plus
