This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives across all practice areas, including Data Engineering, Managed Services, Machine Learning, and Analytics.
β’ Collaborate with Snowflake, AWS, and other ecosystem partners to offer transformative data and AI engineering services and solutions to enterprise clients.
β’ Initiate and implement lead generation efforts (such as cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and regional events) to enhance market share and visibility in your area.
β’ Work closely with team members (Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to define and present solutions to prospective clients.
β’ Take ownership of the phData brand within your territory and accounts, ensuring accountability for all sales, delivery, and overall customer success in your region.
β’ Navigate intricate organizational structures to pinpoint key stakeholders, champions, and budget decision-makers across various business lines within an account.
β’ Accurately forecast, update deals, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
β’ Engage in and complete training for continuous improvement and new company initiatives.
β’ Over 5 years of B2B sales experience in technology services; experience in cloud services, data services, and/or AI is advantageous.
β’ Proven experience in co-selling with technology partners, particularly in Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and similar platforms.
β’ Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
β’ Skilled in crafting proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), negotiating contracts, deliverables, and pricing.
β’ Eager to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
β’ Capable of working cross-functionally and fostering inclusivity in the sales process.
β’ Naturally curious about customers and their businesses.
β’ Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals of $250K or more that evolve into multi-million dollar customer relationships.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50%.
