Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative for Mondelēz in retail locations, showcasing professionalism, dependability, and excellence in execution.

• Provide support to Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the designated territory.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz standards and expectations.

• Conduct store visits adhering to the standards of Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence.

• Capture display images and document execution through DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays in line with RTM-negotiated strategies.

• Adhere to daily schedules and priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with the launch of new products, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events.

• Foster relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Strengthen foundational skills and help onboard new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Cultivate operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for potential management advancement.

• Comply with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Hold a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule is required, including weekends.

• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Proficient in using mobile tools and applications to follow schedules, document execution, capture display photos, and complete coverage tasks.

• Capability to step into roles of Merchandiser and Order Writer as needed.

• Ability to reinforce foundational skills and assist in the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
