Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in retail locations with professionalism, reliability, and excellence in execution.

• Provide support to Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.

• Offer exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz standards and expectations.

• Conduct store visits adhering to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Capture display images and document execution using DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays in accordance with RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with seasonal transitions, new product introductions, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events.

• Foster relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Reinforce foundational skills and help onboard new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Comply with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

• Ability to travel within assigned markets.

• Capable of performing physical activities such as frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., with occasional lifting over 50 lbs., pushing, and pulling.

• Proficient in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles to maintain shelf standards, product rotation, and display execution.

• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications for following schedules, documenting execution, capturing display photos, and completing coverage tasks.

• Organized and efficient in conducting store visits and managing coverage assignments.
