This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Represent Mondelēz with professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to excellence in execution as you assist Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.
• Act as a trusted partner in the field by providing exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz’s standards and expectations.
• Carry out daily coverage by visiting stores and adhering to Merchandising Excellence standards and Order Writing Excellence, which includes capturing display photos and documenting execution through DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays to ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans and maintain high visibility of our brands.
• Adhere to assigned schedules by executing daily priorities set by your District Manager (DM) or RTM to guarantee efficient and effective territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions by supporting new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and high-visibility promotional events.
• Build and nurture relationships with store personnel—including receivers, department managers, and store leadership—to facilitate smooth execution and collaboration.
• Contribute to capability building by reinforcing foundational skills and aiding in the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to enhance field capability.
• Prepare for future leadership by developing operational, communication, and problem-solving skills that provide a solid foundation for advancement into management roles.
• Ensure safety and compliance by embracing the physical demands of the role—including lifting, bending, and moving products—while adhering to all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies to promote safe and responsible driving throughout the territory.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.
• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.
• A flexible schedule is necessary, including availability on weekends.
• Must be able to travel across assigned markets.
• Capability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.) is required.
