Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in retail environments with professionalism, dependability, and a commitment to excellence in execution.

• Provide support to Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the designated territory.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz standards and expectations.

• Conduct store visits adhering to the principles of Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence.

• Capture photos of displays and document execution via DMI and Salesforce.

• Execute promotional displays in line with plans negotiated through RTM.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with new product launches, seasonal merchandising efforts, and promotional activities.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Reinforce foundational skills and aid in the onboarding process for new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for potential career advancement into management.

• Comply with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies while traveling throughout the territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

• Ability to travel across assigned markets is necessary.

• Capacity to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying items weighing up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Proficiency in using mobile tools and applications is required.

• Capability to assume the roles of Merchandiser and Order Writer as needed.

• Ability to adhere to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Competence in documenting execution, capturing display photos, and utilizing DMI and Salesforce.

• Ability to follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.
