Territory Business Manager, Outpatient Care – Eastern Pennsylvania

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Engage with key target markets, including physicians, clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care facilities, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).

• Collaborate with distributor representatives and management to promote and sell a diverse and extensive product line, encompassing monitoring equipment, ophthalmic products, ENT supplies, Blood Pressure and Cardiopulmonary products, and EENT supplies.

• Work alongside established distributors' sales representatives, offering training, motivation, and supervision to maximize sales potential.

• Demonstrate, sell, and provide in-service training on medical equipment to physicians and their staff.

• Develop and continuously update a sales plan and forecast targeting specific market opportunities.

• Coordinate with technical and application support resources as needed to facilitate sales efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience is necessary, with a preference for candidates with medical device experience.

• Demonstrated medical sales experience through distribution sales, with a proven ability to empower distribution partners towards success.

• Experience in selling medical equipment with connectivity features is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
