This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee sales at the territory level, acting as the main point of contact between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics.
• Achieve revenue targets by implementing brand strategies through the dissemination of approved clinical information and thorough account planning.
• Maintain adherence to all Company, industry, and governmental regulations and laws.
• Meet both short-term and long-term sales goals by recognizing customer needs and offering effective solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs), physician practices, and hospitals/clinics, including major cancer centers.
• Stay informed about the evolving healthcare landscape and strategically adjust to ensure success.
• Complete ongoing training and development to enhance competencies.
• Collaborate effectively and maintain continuous communication and tactical coordination with field and headquarters colleagues.
• Take responsibility for overall territory revenue and customer support.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required (an advanced degree is preferred).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry is required.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated success in Rare Disease sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Experience in neurology, covering both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Experience in oncology.
• Proven ability to sell in a competitive market.
• Background in Rare Disease sales.
• Familiarity with virtual selling and a history of leveraging technology effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Neurology/Oncology landscape and market dynamics is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in reimbursement and managed care practices.
• High integrity and exceptional work ethic, fostering mutual trust and respect.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player who connects with others and thinks collaboratively.
• Naturally curious and cooperative.
