This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Propel sales expansion by enhancing our global retail operations.
β’ Take charge of the commercial strategy in every market: distribution, product assortment, placement, pricing, trade terms, and promotional initiatives.
β’ Build and oversee a network of distributors, retail partners, and sales agencies.
β’ Work in collaboration with Operations for international logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
β’ Collaborate closely with Marketing to create customized market activation plans.
β’ Monitor performance metrics, market trends, and competitor actions.
β’ Deliver regular performance reports and sales projections to senior leadership.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience in the FMCG sector.
β’ Proficient in international retail and managing distributors/partners.
β’ Proven success in increasing retail sales across Western and Eastern Europe.
β’ Familiarity with retail P&L management and understanding of distributor models.
β’ Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
β’ Readiness to travel internationally for market visits and partner meetings.
β’ An outstanding academic degree (Masterβs or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
β’ Strong communication skills (C1) in English.
