This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Oversee daily operations within Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace.
• Assess overall account vitality and ensure compliance with marketplace regulations.
• Enhance product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend keywords.
• Supervise catalog updates, variations, suppressions, and any listing issues.
• Coordinate inventory management and replenishment processes.
• Track pricing strategies and promotional activities.
• Address support inquiries with Amazon Seller Support and Walmart Marketplace Support.
• Monitor customer feedback and key performance metrics for the account.
• Manage campaigns for Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Conduct research on keywords and analyze search terms.
• Optimize bids, budgets, and the structure of campaigns.
• Execute A/B testing on campaigns and creative assets.
• Track metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Continuously seek to enhance advertising profitability.
• Develop and oversee Walmart Connect campaigns.
• Optimize bids, keywords, target audiences, and campaign performance.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports on: Sales performance, Advertising performance, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, Inventory health, Listing health, Account health, and Customer feedback.
• Provide actionable insights for improving marketplace performance and profitability.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Marketplace for U.S.-based brands.
• Practical experience with: Amazon Sponsored Ads, Walmart Connect, Amazon FBA, Listing optimization, Inventory management, Catalog management, and Marketplace compliance.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in managing both Amazon and Walmart marketplaces concurrently.
• Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, Data Dive, or similar applications.
• Knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in inventory forecasting and pricing strategies.
