This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assume complete responsibility for intricate, escalated, or high-risk accounts β from the initial risk signal to resolution.
β’ Identify the underlying causes of every at-risk engagement: strategy, execution, expectation misalignment, or delivery failures β and develop appropriate interventions.
β’ Facilitate critical discussions at the founder and C-suite level β recalibrating expectations, restoring trust, and steering momentum towards desired outcomes.
β’ Track engagement health indicators across your accounts and take action before issues escalate formally.
β’ Create focused recovery plans that tackle root issues β rather than surface-level complaints β and implement them swiftly.
β’ Provide weekly reports on case outcomes, revenue safeguarded, churn indicators, and trends requiring wider attention.
β’ Conduct live advisory sessions with founders β offering implementation-driven guidance across offerings, outbound strategies, pipeline management, and execution.
β’ Convert client experiences into structured, actionable insights for internal delivery teams.
β’ Assist in developing escalation frameworks, retention playbooks, and client-risk systems that extend beyond your individual caseload.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, or a senior operational position within a high-growth, agency, or technology-enabled environment.
β’ Demonstrable success in managing intricate, escalated, or high-risk accounts, showcasing recovery and retention results.
β’ Experience advising or operating at the founder/C-suite level β influencing decisions under pressure rather than merely executing tasks.
β’ Background in at least one of the following areas: growth strategy, sales systems, offer development, delivery operations, or scaling advisory services.
β’ Direct experience with cold outbound efforts, go-to-market execution, or B2B sales systems β sufficient to provide credible advice to clients.
