This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Report to the District Business Manager, Dermatology - Naperville, IL
• Drive product awareness and usage
• Achieve and surpass overall sales objectives
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant parties within a designated territory
• Utilize business planning and local market insights to establish sales and customer networks
• Promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals in a compliant manner
• Engage with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within the assigned region
• Provide clinically relevant information and surpass product goals while adhering to legal and compliance regulations
• Prioritize opportunities using knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape
• Implement direct selling techniques and market strategies to enhance product demand
• Employ critical and strategic thinking in a dynamic healthcare environment
• Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to meet customer needs
• Engage healthcare office members through patient-focused clinical discussions and offer customer service through comprehensive account management
• Cultivate relationships and maintain an active presence within the Dermatology community and related organizations
• Represent Organon in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner
• Candidate must reside in Naperville, IL (Aurora, Hinsdale, or Joliet, IL)
• At least 2 years of demonstrated sales experience in a quota-driven position
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
• Evidence of consistent high performance in the current role
• Strong capability for learning
• High urgency, especially in terms of customer service orientation
• Willingness to travel as necessary for the specific territory
• Ability to thrive in a highly motivated, performance-oriented, fast-paced culture focused on results
• Must fulfill applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including necessary vaccination prerequisites
