This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Report directly to the District Business Manager for Dermatology in Naperville, IL.
• Enhance product awareness and encourage utilization.
• Meet and surpass overall sales objectives.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders within a designated territory.
• Utilize business planning and local market insights to cultivate sales and customer networks.
• Promote the company's dermatological products to healthcare professionals in a compliant manner.
• Engage with physicians and targeted healthcare providers within a specified geographic area.
• Provide clinically pertinent information and exceed product targets while adhering to legal and compliance standards.
• Prioritize opportunities based on knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape.
• Implement direct selling techniques and marketing strategies to boost product demand.
• Comprehend the evolving healthcare environment to secure customer access.
• Coordinate with field-based personnel to fulfill customer needs.
• Engage members of healthcare offices through patient-centric clinical discussions.
• Offer customer service through comprehensive account management.
• Foster relationships and maintain an active presence within the dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent Organon in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• A minimum of 2 years of verified sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Preference for experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are necessary.
• Demonstrated sustained high performance in the current position with a strong ability to learn.
• A strong sense of urgency and a customer service-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel as necessary based on the specific territory.
• Ability to excel in a performance-driven, dynamic, results-oriented culture.
• Must meet applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including any necessary vaccination requirements.
