This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Report directly to the District Business Manager.
• Promote awareness and usage of dermatological products.
• Meet and surpass overall sales objectives by building relationships with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Utilize business planning and local market insights to create sales and customer networks.
• Gain comprehensive disease and product knowledge to effectively promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals in a compliant manner.
• Interact with physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in the designated area.
• Provide clinically pertinent information and exceed product targets while adhering to legal and compliance standards.
• Leverage market and reimbursement knowledge to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Implement direct selling methods and market strategies to boost product demand.
• Navigate the evolving healthcare landscape using critical thinking and strategic planning to enhance customer access.
• Collaborate with field-based personnel to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate with healthcare-office staff through patient-centered clinical discussions and comprehensive account management.
• Cultivate relationships and maintain an active role in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent Organon in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
• At least two years of demonstrated sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Preference for experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Consistent high performance in the current role.
• Strong capacity for learning.
• High sense of urgency, particularly in terms of customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel as necessitated by the specific territory.
• Ability to excel in a performance-driven, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Must be a resident of the US or Puerto Rico.
• Must comply with applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including any necessary vaccination prerequisites.
