This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Meeting sales targets through the direct marketing of all products and services.
• Enhancing awareness and instructing physicians on the proper utilization of our products.
• Engaging with potential clients, offering technical and administrative information about products and/or conducting demonstrations.
• Sustaining productive relationships with clients.
• Tracking sales performance against forecasts.
• Collaborating with hospital administration, supply chain management, materials management, and procurement departments.
• Providing insights for the enhancement of marketing initiatives.
• Capable of working independently to meet set objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or over 8 years of sales experience in the operating room.
• High School diploma is mandatory.
• Experience in hospital-based sales within the operating room environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
