
Territory Business Development Manager, Intel/Space Force

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Take ownership and implement the go-to-market strategy for Intel/Space Force to facilitate pipeline development, opportunity enhancement, and bookings for Shield AI’s entire product range.
• Assume complete responsibility for the Intel revenue target, which includes monitoring pipeline health, tracking opportunity advancement, ensuring forecast accuracy, and achieving closed bookings.
• Discover, shape, and pursue new opportunities within Intel/Space Force program offices, operational units, and modernization projects.
• Establish and sustain a qualified pipeline of Intel/Space Force opportunities from initial engagement to contract award.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from the first point of contact to contract signing, with responsibility for revenue closure and meeting Intel quota objectives.
• Collaborate directly with Intel stakeholders to convert operational challenges into funded procurement opportunities that deploy Shield AI capabilities in the field.
• Act with urgency to advance opportunities and expedite the transition of Shield AI capabilities from evaluation to program of record.
• Cultivate trustworthy relationships with Intel program managers, operational leaders, and acquisition stakeholders.
• Work alongside Shield AI growth advisors who bring Intel domain expertise, acquisition insights, and senior-level connections.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, product, program management, and capture resources, to facilitate opportunity execution.
• Lead strategy for opportunities and deal progression, including defining customer requirements, developing capture plans, and supporting proposal efforts.
• Maintain precise pipeline forecasting and revenue projections.
• Promote the adoption of deployed capabilities that provide immediate operational value to Intel clients.
• Bachelor’s degree and background in defense sales, business development, or military operations.
• Proven ability to independently build a pipeline and close deals in complex government sales settings.
• Experience working with Intel community customers, program offices, or operational units.
• Capability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently and drive deals through lengthy and intricate sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into solution-oriented sales opportunities.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Reside near major IC/Space Force commands with the potential for travel up to 50% of the time.
• Compensation within the specified range + Bonus + Benefits + Equity.
• Compensation within the indicated range above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment).
