Territory Account Representative – nVent Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with customers and distributors to gain insight into their needs.

• Create suitable solutions to fulfill customer requirements.

• Manage intricate accounts involving multiple stakeholders and possibly various locations.

• Take charge of revenue generation through the sale of products and/or services, whether internally or externally, directly or indirectly.

• Cultivate new prospects and engage with current customers to boost sales.

• Meet the sales targets within the designated territory.

• Serve as an advisor by comprehending requirements and crafting suitable solutions to address them.

• Drive sales growth for products and services, including the sale of aftermarket warranties.

• Acquire new customers as necessary to surpass sales expectations.

• Establish connections with key influencers at accounts focused on growth.

• Effectively promote the company's products and brands by leveraging marketing initiatives.

• Discover new sales opportunities and formulate value-added offerings tailored to specific customer segments.

• Relay competitive Voice of Customer feedback to leadership.

• Design and execute a sales strategy centered around channels, end-users, and panel builders aimed at facilitating territory management and sales expansion.

• Provide regular updates through the CRM system regarding accounts and the conversion status of targeted accounts.

• Offer comprehensive product and solutions training for customers and distributors.

• Exhibit strong team engagement and alignment with the nVent values.


⛳️ Requirements

• Enthusiastic about initiating or advancing your career in sales.

• Keen interest in acquiring knowledge in a technical environment where primary stakeholders include distributors, consultants, engineers, end users, OEMs, MROs, and contractors.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Proficient in Swedish and English languages.

• Previous experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is an advantage.

• A valid driver's license is required.
