This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Lead sales and business development efforts across Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark.
• Engage with customers in the field and conduct meetings after standard business hours.
• Foster and maintain relationships with our esteemed end customers and channel partners.
• Ensure a well-balanced database of Prospects and Sales Leads, managed through our CRM, Sales Force database.
• Build the confidence necessary to secure new business opportunities.
• Provide robust technical support for both our Account Managers and customers by participating in all Pre-sales activities and maintaining a close partnership with our Customer Care Team.
• Hold complete accountability for achieving the sales quota within a defined Territory and Vertical market customer base.
• A technical qualification is essential, with a preference for electrical engineering.
• Ideally, possess over 5 years of proven sales experience in the electrical or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated skills in selling to various customer types.
• Familiarity with DC power systems and their integration with cooling solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills, both internally and externally, in a diplomatic manner.
• Ability to cultivate positive relationships within assigned account markets to evaluate trends and conditions, translating them into opportunities to deliver value within specified timelines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively, facilitating effective presentations or proposals!
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
• Proficient in the English language.
