This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish and implement SMART objectives that enhance territory and customer performance.
• Spearhead problem-solving and process enhancement initiatives at customer locations.
• Meet predetermined sales goals and service standards.
• Foster robust, long-lasting customer relationships through a Trusted Advisor methodology.
• Educate customer teams on the safe management of chemicals.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of hygiene schedules as necessary.
• Perform audits in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
• Maintain a well-organized territory coverage strategy and precise customer records.
• Utilize company and client reporting systems to guarantee clear and prompt information dissemination.
• Adhere to all sanctioned policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
• Experience in a comparable position within the Processed Food industry (mandatory).
• Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline (preferred).
• BRC-recognized Internal Auditor certification (preferred).
• At least two years of experience in food manufacturing or processing.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to influence all levels of the organization.
• Self-driven, proactive, and confident in working autonomously.
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to adjust to varying hours and customer requirements.
