• Develop and oversee high-quality commercial AV business partnerships throughout Benelux, promoting quarterly growth through solution-oriented sales, partner involvement, and a localized business strategy aligned with the NETGEAR partner program.
• Recognize, recruit, and nurture a strategic portfolio of accounts—including integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users—while expanding the AV channel business in the region to meet corporate objectives.
• Manage and enhance distribution networks by onboarding value-added and sub-distributors in critical verticals to create a robust project pipeline. Drive increased share-of-wallet across all product categories with current channel partners.
• Identify and engage specialized channel partners to boost the adoption of wireless access points and managed switches, supported by the NETGEAR cloud solution. Provide regular training to partners at all organizational levels.
• Develop proposals and business strategies, negotiate contracts, and provide precise weekly forecasting and reporting. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape and devise strategies to achieve category leadership.
• Collaborate with NETGEAR's internal resources—Sales Engineering, marketing, product management, technical support, operations, and EMEA team members—to maximize sales performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in English and Dutch; proficiency in French is advantageous for wider Benelux coverage.
• Demonstrated sales experience in the AV sector with a strong grasp of AV over IP and the integration of switches and access points into contemporary AV solutions.
• Established relationships with value-added and broadline distributors, systems integrators, and resellers, alongside the ability to craft and execute business plans with annual growth objectives and precise forecasting.
• Organized and entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable operating independently, executing a localized strategy within a global framework while collaborating with EMEA team colleagues.
• Over 5 years of experience managing and expanding top-tier accounts, including integrators and consultants, with a proven history of leading and closing high-value sales initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of channel dynamics and the local commercial AV, rental and live events, and broadcast AV markets, with relevant contacts already established.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Regular travel across Benelux for partner engagements, joint visits with integrators and end users, participation in trade shows, and direct collaboration in partner offices to facilitate the integration of NETGEAR products into their solution offerings.
