This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of all Zimperium products and their features.
• Design, develop, and present account metrics through software dashboards and various tools.
• Maintain a strong focus on pipeline generation by establishing a solid process for identifying and prospecting stakeholders in target accounts.
• Deliver monthly updates to management, detailing a standard set of performance metrics for each account using software tools.
• Advocate for the client perspective in internal strategy meetings, ensuring customer impact is prioritized during product planning and updates.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues that require coordination among multiple departments or external vendors.
• Assist in documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives by creating or updating client-specific onboarding guides, FAQs, and how-to content in partnership with the support team.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand an account with additional products and manage business processes to deliver them.
• Provide Levels of Effort (LOEs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) as required for each account.
• Recognize pain points in the customer experience and work to address issues at the account level.
• Offer actionable recommendations to internal business, product, and technology teams.
• Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and business development teams to provide summaries.
• Over 5 years of experience in account-based management within the SaaS or related technology sectors.
• Established strong relationships with security-focused VARs in the region.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A passion for problem-solving with a proactive attitude.
• Experience with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
• Capability to create technical and operational documentation (SOWs, LOEs, technical workflows) for both technical and non-technical audiences is an advantage.
• Proficient in MEDDPICC methodology and maintain impeccable SFDC hygiene.
