This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take ownership of the territory by driving revenue growth through the management of a designated sales area, focusing on both acquiring new clients and nurturing existing accounts.
• Spearhead strategic sales initiatives by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value opportunities within large and complex enterprise organizations.
• Foster pipeline development by creating and managing a strong sales pipeline through direct outreach as well as partner and channel relationships.
• Achieve targets by consistently meeting or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proven success in selling within the Commercial and Enterprise sectors.
• Established and strong relationships with Channel Partners, as our strategy is entirely channel-focused, making these relationships crucial to the success of the region.
• In-depth understanding of Cybersecurity challenges and their impact on businesses.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills – accuracy in forecasting is essential, alongside a solid grasp of the key performance indicators for the region, ensuring that sales tools (such as SF.com and Clari) are kept up to date.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of sales methodologies, particularly MEDPICC.
• Highly collaborative, capable of orchestrating efforts across various functions and geographies.
• A consultative sales approach complemented by exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated individual.
• Willingness and ability to travel (50% or more), as direct engagement with our customers and partners is essential.
