This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Propel revenue expansion by discovering new business avenues, nurturing existing accounts, and maintaining a robust pipeline of profitable prospects.
• Assess and cultivate opportunities by evaluating customer requirements, business feasibility, and strategic alignment while coordinating resources for successful solution implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor by aligning offerings with customer priorities, providing consultative insights, and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Guide the sales process from initial discovery to proposal, articulating value, differentiating offerings, securing competitive positioning, and enhancing customer preference.
• Accelerate account development by leveraging customer success, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and introducing additional solutions and business teams as needed.
• Implement strategic account plans, oversee opportunity pipelines, and deliver precise forecasts to align with business objectives.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships that enhance account engagement, influence business planning discussions, and broaden long-term partnership prospects.
• Collaborate across functions with Supply Chain, Pricing, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, HR, and channel partners to achieve outstanding customer results.
• Align daily sales tasks with overarching business strategies, manage resources effectively, resolve channel conflicts, and ensure execution aligns with corporate goals and growth initiatives.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: 5-7 years of inside or outside sales experience.
• Network infrastructure and low voltage experience required.
• Cable, connectivity, and power network infrastructure experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong learning agility, market research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Location: Must reside in the DFW, Houston, or Austin area.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 50%.
