📋 Description

• Fueling Neat's ongoing growth by pinpointing new customer opportunities.

• Utilizing your regional network to discover fresh business prospects, participating in events, and serving as a representative for Neat.

• Assessing territory and sector opportunities, taking complete responsibility for the strategic direction in your area.

• Staying informed about market trends and understanding the competitive landscape and potential opportunities.

• Providing market insights to the product and development teams, offering a crucial 360-degree perspective on the region's potential.

• Serving as a reliable colleague within your team, offering mentorship and guidance.

• Defining, designing, and refining our sales processes to ensure Neat is prepared for the next phase of rapid growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in implementing effective sales strategies.

• Regional experience with customers.

• Familiarity with video conferencing is advantageous but not necessary.

• Experience in scaling a rapidly growing technology company is essential.

• Expertise in formulating strategic go-to-market plans.

• Proven track record in developing new business and expanding into new areas.
