Territory Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Meet or surpass sales targets outlined in the Annual or multi-year Plan for the designated territory.

• Strategically plan and execute customer interactions (including calls, prospecting calls, and daily communications) on assigned accounts to present, promote, and sell products.

• Apply a lean methodology to generate additional profit or sustain existing sales levels.

• Develop sanctioned business cases for tailored offers.

• Organize and schedule travel for account visits to optimize coverage.

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all customer contacts.

• Keep accurate records and reporting systems for overall business operations.

• Create and update customer profiles for each client within the area of responsibility.

• Lead customer meetings to advance territory strategy.

• Compile and submit sales call reports along with monthly updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree-level qualification, or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in sales or a related field.

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical or medical device markets.

• Proven sales abilities and capacity to cultivate relationships.

• Competence in planning and organizing account visits.

• Technical support skills or the capability to offer effective solutions to clients.

• Proficiency in preparing and submitting various reports.
