This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop a sales pipeline for Mid-Market accounts by qualifying opportunities and accurately forecasting potential sales.
• Meet established sales targets on a quarterly basis.
• Oversee the entire sales process until closure, ensuring a high renewal rate and identifying cross-sell opportunities within the territory. Foster strong relationships with essential buyers and influencers.
• Regularly engage with customers to comprehend their business challenges, priorities, and drivers, ensuring that Sophos solutions align with their desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Channel Sales team and partner community to generate a sales pipeline through indirect engagements.
• Work alongside sales engineering and channel partners throughout the sales cycle to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage strong adoption of Sophos technology.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the Cybersecurity sector.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, including acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
• Proven experience in selling with and through channel partners.
• Capable of strategic and tactical account planning.
• Familiarity with CRM and forecasting systems.
• Strong structured approach to work.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation capabilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to excel in a collaborative selling environment.
• Demonstrated flexibility, proactivity, and a self-motivated attitude.
• Technical aptitude is advantageous.
